General

You may have other rights granted by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer and these Terms and Conditions do not affect those rights. These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous verbal or written statements and agreements relating to services. All information contained in our sales materials or correspondence is provided for guidance only, and does not form part of this contract, unless we agree otherwise with you in writing. Any failure by Foxy Aesthetics to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of those terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

Booking Appointments

Here at Foxy Aesthetics, we treat every patient with the care they deserve, whilst offering competitive pricing for our treatments and procedures that reflect our experience, expertise and the level of care we offer. In order to maintain our professional standards we have a fully redeemable deposit for booked treatments. The fee is fully redeemed upon arrival for your consultation against your booked treatment.

Our appointment booking fees are redeemable against the specific scheduled treatment booked, but are not refundable. Cancellations can be made by phone, online, email or in person with at least 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment. We would be grateful if you could do so as soon as possible to avoid any confusion and help us maintain our level of service. If you do not attend your booked appointment, or cancel your appointment with under 24 hours notice of the scheduled time of your appointment, your booking fee will not be redeemable.

Please note you will be required to pay the outstanding balance of your treatment at your appointment, this can be via cash or bank transfer. Any deposit paid will be redeemed against this value, which you will see in the online booking summary.

Late Arrival

We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, there may be times when a late arrival will result in reduced consultation or treatment time, or we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Course of Treatments

If you have purchased a pre-paid course of treatments and fail to arrive for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice you will forfeit the treatment you booked.

Child Policy (Under 16s)

We regret that we cannot allow children under the age of 16 to enter the clinic. Please be aware that we will have to turn you away if you bring someone under the age of 16 with you. We will endeavour to assist you or reschedule your appointment if this presents a problem for you.

Description and Availability of Services

All services advertised on our site or publications are subject to availability of supply. If a booked treatment you have ordered is limited by supply, we will inform you by e-mail or by telephone. A treatment may temporarily become unavailable if we are waiting for deliveries from our suppliers. We maintain displayed services on the site as accurately as possible, but they may be subject to minor modifications due to changes in materials used.

Prices

Prices displayed on our site are correct at the time of display. However, we reserve the right to alter prices from time to time without notice. When we have accepted a booking, we will not change the price that applies to that booking. We make every effort to maintain prices, but these may be subject to variations caused by factors beyond our control. Prices displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Customers Obligations

By placing your booking, you confirm that You are aged 18 years or older, are legally able to make purchases from Foxy Aesthetics and are not ordering on behalf of someone less than 18 years of age. You confirm that you are not suffering from any condition that requires professional medical attention. You agree to use your correct name, email address, telephone number and any other details reasonably requested.

Payment Information

We accept payment by credit or debit cards. Credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer and we will not be liable for any non-delivery or delay if a card issuer refuses to authorise payment. Transmission of your debit or credit card number and other details in relation to payment will be at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility or liability for failures in transmission of information deletion, non-delivery or failure to store any communications by you.

Klarna. (Book now pay later)

Klarna is available at check-out if you wish to book a service now and pay at a later date, or pay for the booking in three instalments. You can find further details on Klarna's terms and conditions here. If you choose to use Klarna for any of our £20 deposit services, be aware that you'll need to pay the remaining balance in full on attending your appointment via cash or bank transfer. Please note that terms and conditions from section 2 above still apply for booking appointments.

If you use Klarna to pay in full prior to your appointment, you can cancel for a full refund as long as the cancellation is at least 24 hours prior to your booking. Alternatively we will be happy to reschedule your booking if you contact us within 24 hours of your appointment but a refund will no longer be possible.
